Bathroom Fitting
Are you thinking of reorganising your bathroom layout or replacing some or all of its fittings? Renovating a bathroom is one of the trickiest jobs to undertake because it includes everything from interior decorating to plumbing. - Finalise the new bathroom design and obtain your approval
- Give you an estimate of the total cost of the project
- Make any adjustments to fit your budget
- Create a project programme and determine how long the work will take
- Make a list of materials required and their quantities
- Purchase and take delivery of the bathroom fittings and other materials
- Award contracts for the installation work
- Coordinate the work, including disposal of old fittings and installation of the new
- Manage the project's expenditure and your budget
- Obtain trades certificates as work is tested and completed
- Ensure that any snags are rectified before signing the project off as completed
